Custom software, specified with the people who will use it rather than for them. Almost every engagement starts here and carries on long after.

Host and implement
We run what we build, on our servers or in your tenancy, with deployment, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery. Moving your data across is part of it, and usually the hard part.

Support and train
A helpdesk on telephone and email, onsite where the work needs it. End-user, administrator and train-the-trainer programmes, each with its own written materials.

We make a new system talk to the ones you already run, with error handling, logging and monitoring, so a failure is visible the day it happens.

Web applications
The default answer. One system reachable from a desk, a laptop in a site meeting and a tablet in a clinic, with nothing to install and one place to deploy a fix.

Desktop applications
Where the work needs the machine. Heavy capture, local hardware, and operators who spend an entire shift inside one screen and should not be fighting a browser.

Mobile and offline field applications
Pump stations, treatment works and poultry houses lose signal or never had any. Capture on the device, reconcile when the connection comes back.

Integrations and APIs
REST APIs, messaging, scheduled exchange, and the legacy database nobody wants to touch. Usually the work that decides whether the rest of it lands.

Cloud, or your own servers
Microsoft Azure, your own tenancy, or a machine in your building. Regulated data does not always get to leave the country, and sometimes not the premises.
